NV Pierre Sparr Cremant d'Alsace Brut Reserve France Trail Marker 2018 Goyo García ViaderoThis traditionally made sparkling wine blends Alsatian varietiesprimarily Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois with a touch of Chardonnay (and a small share of Pinot Noir in some lots)all hand harvested and pressed gently for purity. The base wines ferment cool in stainless steel, then complete their second fermentation in bottle and rest on lees for roughly a year before disgorgement; dosage is kept in a classic Brut range to balance lift and snap.
