I found these fabulous hand-painted vintage wooden chopsticks at an estate sale that featured a really interesting mix of Asian and farm house antiques

this is just a lovely object that feels great in the hand and that I think has many more good years in it yet

Nouveau Realism in France and AbEx and then Pop Art in New York were most of the attention of the era went

so I feel pretty confident of the attribution

But there is no sign around the edges or on back that it was welded to something else, so perhaps it was somehow glued adhered flush to a mount.
