A quick search led me learn that the "Watty" who signed this tiny carving was Cherokee carver Wahdih “Watty” Chiltoskie (1897-1973)
Solid and stable and holding together just fine though I might retire it from demanding step stool use
and heavy (I forgot to weigh but would guess 4 lbs or so)
