He is a very rare signer. Vijay Amritraj (born 14 December 1953) is an Indian sports commentator, occasional actor and former tennis player from Madras. He was awarded the Padma Shri, India's 4th highest civilian honour, in 1983 Amritraj also had a brief acting career. His most notable appearance is probably as the MI6 intelligence operative Vijay
