Palate is light and refreshing with complexity as it opens, laced with orange citrus and delicate white flowers with streaks of minerality. Stephanie Pao is the winemaker for the Gerber family, who first bought land in southern Oregons remote Illinois Valley to create what is now Foris Winery in 1971. Foris' estate vineyards are surrounded by the Siskiyou Mountains, an Alpine esque climate that
